Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using wingoaaal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use wingoaaal. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may only register one account.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits are made in cryptocurrency. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the cryptocurrency and verification status. wingoaaal reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals.
5. Betting Rules
All bets placed on wingoaaal are subject to our general betting rules. Bets are settled based on official results. wingoaaal reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors or suspicious activity.
6. Responsible Gambling
wingoaaal is committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools to set deposit limits, loss limits, session timeouts, and self-exclusion periods. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please use these tools or contact our support team.
7. Free Prediction Challenge
The Free Prediction Challenge at wingoaaal.xyz/predictions is a free promotional game operated by wingoaaal. It is not a bet: no stake, deposit, purchase or betting account is required to take part. Entry is limited to persons aged 18 or over who are legally allowed to take part in their jurisdiction.
You may play as a guest; a random guest key is stored in your browser so your picks can be linked to your entries on that device. One pick counts per match. You may change a pick until the match kicks off, after which picks are locked. The current scoring, schedule and prize structure are published on the prediction rules page. We may change the schedule, cancel a round, or void entries affected by an obvious error, a cancelled or abandoned match, or a breach of the rules.
8. Prediction Prizes
Points are awarded to the top-ranked players on the weekly leaderboard. Only registered accounts are eligible for prizes; guest entries still appear on the leaderboard. The number of prize positions and the point rewards for each round are published on the prediction rules page. Prizes are awards in a free game and are not winnings from a wager; no stake is placed and no purchase is necessary.
To receive a prize you may be required to hold a verified wingoaaal account and to complete identity checks where required by law. Prizes are subject to applicable law, and you are responsible for any tax arising from a prize. We may withhold or adjust a prize where an entry is disqualified or the result of a round is affected by an obvious error.
9. Disclaimer
The free prediction game is provided for entertainment only. It is not betting advice and does not guarantee any prize, return or outcome. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability of the game and may suspend, modify or withdraw it at any time. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
Betting with real money is a separate service governed by our betting rules, age limits and jurisdictional restrictions. If you choose to bet, please ensure you are 18+ and that it is legal in your jurisdiction, and read our Responsible Gambling page.
